When get full time person at our visitor center/ chamber office it will live there but I don’t think we should leave it here when we are not there but a few hours a week. Budget for an inkprint all-in-one printer is $500.00. Daniel made a motion, Jeff seconded. Unanimously approved.

  7. BUDGET: We need to  have  a special meeting to set up a the yearly budget for the Chamber and Derby. This should be done at the Dec meeting so we have it for all year, we have been lacking because of not having a full board but now that we do we need to get on this. We need this for obvious reasons but one to apply for LTAC funds from the county for our Visitor center and Salmon Derby..

  8. Chamber WiFi: We discussed this a bit at the Chamber meeting on the 13th, Jeff was asked if we could set up our space to have a wifi for the public to come check their emails etc and I am working on getting a hotspot.  I know a guy that is with WSU Trevor and  he has offered to help get us one here in town. That way we could have the printer for public use as long as we have someone at the office to manage it.

Mike, via email, received a motion and approval to donate $500.00 to La Milpa  to help with the food cost; will be delivered at the event on Sat. Will take advantage of the photo op. Free tacos and music at the legion after the event.
