OLD BUSINESS
:

HALLOWEEN: We had about 100 costume contestants, the weather was great and plenty of candy and trick or treaters were up and down main street. We had 2 clerks from P1FCU as judges.

MEMBERSHIP: Mike made invoices and a membership package and mailed out 60 of them Nov 2,2022.
There are a few more that were not on the list that we need to take packages to. We also have membership forms at the City Hall and also at the Senior Center
The Package had a membership form, a nomination for new Officers 2023 form, a BEST OF THE BEST BREWSTER also was included as well as our business card and salmon derby information and card, and an addressed return envelope.

BEST OF THE BEST BREWSTER:  WE are running an ad in the Brewster Quad this week and next for the cost of $183.00 each week with the nomination form. It is also on the website and will post on Facebook

TREE LIGHTING AND AWARDS EVENT:  We will call PUD and ask them to help put our lights up on the big tree when they can. We will go through the lights we have and make sure they all work. I suggest we buy a few more strands of lights to add to what we have.
The Boys and Girls club have offered to help design decorations for the Legion Park. We told them the Chamber would like to see what they have and buy the decorations.  Hopefully that happens soon. We asked Lee with the City to try to have their decorations up and wait to turn the lights on on the 26th like we do. He said ok but remind him.

ELECTIONS: We added the nomination forms and info in the membership mailings is updated on the web site will post on Facebook.
Elections will be held at the Annual Meeting on December 14.

NEW BUSINESS: Omak Chronicle info book and vacation land .
The deadline is at the end of Dec I believe for us to let them know of the businesses that have joined back up and will be listed. We also need to update the full page ad. If anyone would like to help please contact us.

Vacationland is not due for another month or so, but we will need to update our back page ad and see if the Tacoma Hydros want to pay for a 3rd of the page along with the city.

EVENTS 2023:
It is never to early to plan events but we will have our final discussions at the Annual meeting and can decide on the events, and maybe have committees to run them.
Round Table discussion open topics
