August 4 (Saturday) through August 5 (Sunday)
No participant will be allowed to set up without a copy of all applicable documentation on file with the City of Brewster or the Brewster Chamber of Commerce.
❏ 2018 Event Application, completed and signed.
❏ Liability Insurance with the Brewster Chamber of Commerce and the City of Brewster listed as Additional Insureds (for commercial and/or food vendors).
❏ Fee Paid (please note if you are a non-profit--there are LIMITED booths for this category).
❏ All vendors are responsible for collection and payment of State Sales Tax on their merchandise.
❏ All commercial and/or food vendors must be licensed to do business within the City of Brewster.
Food Concessionaires Only
❏ Automotive/Vehicle Insurance information (if using a vehicle/trailer) to vend (food vendors).
❏ Okanogan County Health Cards (for at least one individual that is on site at all times).
❏ Concessionaires shall meet all health requirements as specified by the Okanogan County Health Board pertaining to preparation and sale of food and the personnel operating the portable concession.

Vendors may set up beginning Saturday, August 4 @ 8am - please check in with a Chamber official.
Vendors to close, tear down, and clean area by 7pm on Sunday, August 5.
*Please review the below regarding vehicle parking and overnight facilities (if not including your parking or camping measurements in vendor fee).
PARKING: The Columbia Cove Park is a very busy area and having your truck and trailer parked in any part of the roadway is not acceptable. Please use common sense and be courteous when parking. Please make sure that your ENTIRE vehicle and trailer are off the roadway.
DO NOT park in any of the paved parking lots nearby--i.e. Swimming Pool/Recreation Center.
DO NOT park on curb side of Columbia Cove Park. These are RV overflow spaces and are reserved for paying customers.
DO NOT park in someone’s driveway.
DO NOT park on any grass areas adjacent to launch or in RV park.
OVERNIGHT LODGING AND FOOD: Brewster offers several places to eat, a full service grocery, several smaller food markets on Main Street, and one motel. Camperos offers excellent Mexican cuisine; Subway, a Deli and Champion Chicken are inside Brewster Marketplace; McDonald’s offers food along Hwy 97; several restaurants and cafes can be found along Main Street.
Apple Motel is located on Hwy 97 and The Inn at Gamble Sands and Danny Boy Restaurant are several miles east of town. Dry camping, with no fee, is available in the soccer field parking lot adjacent to the boat launch area. Spaces along the curb side of the park are reserved RV spaces--no parking unless you have a reserved spot.
