2019 CHERRIES JUBILEE VENDOR APPLICATION

The City of Brewster and the Brewster Chamber reserve the right to remove any item considered unsuitable for a general audience of adults and children.

  • You are required to locate your own all day parking; however, some parking may be provided.

  • The City of Brewster and/or the Brewster Chamber will remove anyone failing to comply with the rules, guidelines, policies, or health and safety of others or themselves, and/or failing to cooperate with Officials representing either organization and/or Law Enforcement, Security, or volunteers.

CHERRIES JUBILEE VENDOR APPLICATION

For an application to be considered, all items must be filled out, signed, and all documentation provided to the City of Brewster or the Brewster Chamber prior to setup.

Chamber Officials will determine what Vendors may or may not offer based on previously received and approved Event Applicants. We will attempt not to duplicate Vendors or sales items.

*In keeping with the theme of our event, please have at least one item related to cherries.

We do not provide power you must supply your own. Generators are allowed, provided they do not distract from the event.

Regular 10’x12’ spots vary in pricing- for Crafts each spot is $35.00

Non Profits are $25.00 per space

Premium spots by the sidewalks $100.00

Food and commercial vendors $100.00 per spot with all the required documents see below:

You are required to have liability insurance, however it is available through the Chamber for $30.00. The insurance fee is due only once no matter how many spaces you have.

You are required to have a Business license with a UBI #

Applications, with full payment must be received by May 31. Please make check or money order payable to the Brewster Chamber of Commerce.   Cash will not be accepted at any time.

I  have received and read this application and rules/guidelines for vending at Cherries Jubilee. I agree to abide by these rules/guidelines. As the applicant, I will protect, save, and hold harmless the City of Brewster, the Brewster Chamber of Commerce, and its officials, agents and employees from all claims, actions, damages or expenses of any nature whatsoever arising out of any acts or activities that occur in connection with the City or Chamber’s approval of the vendor permit and terms and conditions herein. I further agree to defend the City and Chamber and its authorized agents and employees in any litigation, including payment of any costs or attorneys fees for any claims or actions commenced thereon arising out of or in connection with said acts or activities. This obligation shall not include such claims, costs, damages or expenses which may be caused by the sole negligence of the City or Chamber or its authorized agents or employees.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
No participant will be allowed to set up without a copy of all the following applicable documentation on file with the Brewster Chamber of Commerce.

All Vendors

  • 2019 Event Application, completed and signed

  • Fee Paid (Check or Money Order)

  • Proof of liability insurance certificate naming the Brewster Chamber of Commerce and the City of Brewster as additional insured.

  • All vendors are responsible for collection and payment of State Sales Tax on their merchandise

  • All commercial and/or food vendors must be licensed to do business within  the State of Washington.

Food Concessionaires Only

  • Automotive/Vehicle Insurance information (if using a vehicle/trailer) to vend (food vendors)

  • Okanogan County Health Cards (for at least one individual that is on site at all times)

  • Concessionaires shall meet all health requirements as specified by the Okanogan County Health Board pertaining to preparation and sale of food and the personnel operating the portable concession

EVENT LOCATION: The Armory, 600 Main St., Brewster WA
EVENT DATE: Saturday, June 14-15, 2019
Friday June 14: Vendors may setup and operate after 3:00 pm and close by 8:00pm.
Saturday June 15 Opening: Vendors to set up between 7:00-8:00 am and be open for business by 9:00 am
Saturday June 15 Closing: All vendors to remain open and on site until 6:00pm.  All vendors must be closed by 8:00pm.
Sunday June 17. All vendors must be torn down, areas clean and off site by 1:00pm.

If you are paying a booth fee after the application deadline of June 10, 2019, you must pay with a money order. A Chamber Official can accept payment the day of setup provided the fee is received and all forms are completed and submitted.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
